Work life balance truly matters. The role is ideally 30 hours per week, with flexible days, or a four day full time week. Weekends are just 1 in 5 Saturdays, no weekend OOH, shared weeknight on call and nurse support when needed.

Our farm team ranges from consultancy, herd health, fertility management and all normal fire brigade work.
