Desired criteria: ECC or referral experience, certificates, advanced training.

Experienced Small Animal Vet (Maternity Cover) Portglenone

We are looking for an experienced Small Animal or Mixed Veterinary Surgeon to join Parklands Portglenone Surgery on a maternity cover basis from December 2026, ideally 3 days per week minimum. Based at our Portglenone Branch you will be part of a 13 SA vet team over 5 sites with a high medicine and soft tissue, orthopaedic and ECC case load availability. You would be working in a dynamic structured team towards 1st and 2nd opinion caseload with a structured career progression within a family environment. We have excellent facilities including US scanner, endoscopy, digital x-ray and in house laboratory and lots of support and CPD to help you achieve your goals.

The Role
The package offered is up £60,000 pro rata depending on experience. CPD strongly encouraged and supported.

We are currently seeking an Experienced or Senior Large Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and forward-thinking team of five vets at Three Valleys Farm Vets in Irvinestown.

Our practice works closely with a number of progressive dairy farms, delivering routine fertility checks and herd health services. We also cater to a varied client base, including beef and sheep farmers, and proudly run an active Flock Health Club to support our sheep clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical and client relationship skills in a practice where your professional growth is supported each step of the way. There is potential for progression into a Senior Vet role with leadership responsibilities for the right candidate.

Parklands Drumahoe (Northwest) Experienced SA Vet

We are looking for an experienced SA Vet to become part of the Parklands small animal team. The role is based in Drumahoe (L/Derry) but our 13 SA vet small animal team are based over 5 sites with a high medicine, soft tissue and orthopaedic case load. We are looking for someone to take on the SA responsibilities of the Drumahoe branch with the support of the 4 other mixed vets. It would suit ideally but not essential someone with Mixed experience transitioning to SA during the day but available if possible to help with OOH rota on farm and small. We are also open to full and part time applicants. You will have the full support and backup from the wealth of experience within the Parklands SA team and will offer first and second opinion services locally. Help us shape the future of Northwest small animal services with our friendly supportive team in our new Drumahoe surgery!
The Role

We’re looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our established first-opinion GP practice in Newtownards.
We’re a team of 2 full-time vets and 1 part-time vet, supported by 4 RVNs and 3 client care team members.

You’ll be someone who:
-Is a confident and capable GP vet who enjoys a varied caseload.
