Key responsibilities:
Leading, training, and supervising veterinary nurses and support staff
Managing clinic workflows, rotas, and daily operations
Overseeing stock control, equipment maintenance, and infection control
Supporting continuous professional development within the nursing team
Providing high-quality nursing care
Assisting with a variety of veterinary procedures
Maintaining a clean and safe environment
Building strong relationships with clients and their pets
